GENERAL MANAGER. 60,000- 70,000. KENSINGTON. GENERAL MANAGER General Manager required for this outstanding 550 bed roomed Hotel with a busy Conference & Events, Food & Beverage operations. In addition to these facilities, the Hotel has a Health Club with fully equipped gym and 18 metre heated pool. We are in search of a professional, degree educated, experienced General Manager to lead and motivate our team of successful service driven professionals in ALL departments. THE ROLE: As General Manager you will oversee the delivery of superior services to all guests ensuring the utmost quality and care is delivered. Ensuring full compliance with all brand standards. Direct overall hotel operations to maximise performance, profitability and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment. THE CANDIDATE: Strong commercial skills, experience in sales and marketing and maximising rooms revenue, and previous experience working with volume business is essential. You must have a proven track record of profit delivery in a branded or 4 star commercial hotel.
