Call Handler London £9.50 p/hour 3 month fixed term contract with possibility to go permanent Do you have previous experience working within a call centre, or complaint handling department? Are you able to handle difficult situations with a sense of professionalism and understanding? Elan are currently recruiting for competent call handlers to work within our busy help desk team. You will be responsible for dealing with all incoming calls from Elan's IT Contractors, clients and internal Elan staff with issues relating to invoices, payments and general queries. This is an extremely busy role with nearly 90% of the day taken up by being on the phone. We are ideally looking for candidates who are polite, well spoken, diplomatic and professional individuals who have the personality and charisma to effectively do the job. You must have good MS Office skills as you will be logging all calls onto the inhouse system. This is an interesting opportunity for individuals looking for a challenging position.
