REGIONAL CONTRACTS/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER REQUIRED SCOTLAND DESIGN & BUILD HOTEL PROJECTS THE COMPANY A National design and build contractor specialising in the construction andfit-out of hotel and leisure projects throughout the UK. The company is part of a large stable group and expects to exceed its £55M t/o target. The company has recently been awarded 2 new major projects in Aberdeen and Edinburgh with a third coming to fruition. THE ROLE A prestigious newly created position for a Senior Contracts Manager/Construction Manager to manage the company's new developments in Scotland. The projects are all fast-track hotel design and build through to fit-out construction. Overseeing all pre-construction, pricing, agreement, construction, delivery and handover. The roles emphasis is on client liaison and customer service ensuring a smooth on time on budget build and repeat business for the future.
