CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR - Essex A Construction Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE is required for one of the largest law firms in Essex. You will be required to handle a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious construction law including contracts, Collateral warranties, Planning applications, Environmental issues, Sales and purchases of development land, Adjudication, Litigation Mediation, Arbitration, Planning appeals, Public enquiries and Professional negligence claims. Salary is negotiable!
