Customer Relations Executive. An experienced Customer Relations Executive is required to join this market leading travel organisation. You should have experience within customer relations within a tour operator or airline. You will need to be a calm, proactive, approachable person who sees problems through to the end. In return this company offer an excellent working environment and superb job location. You will need to have experience of dealing with customer s problems both over the phone by letter/email and face to face. You will be handling pre and post departure problems, knowledge of the ABTA code of conduct would be advantageous. Good opportunity for the right person with great career prospects.
