Sales Manager, Witney My client is a market leading software solutions provider based in Witney. They specialise in niche design software that is sold into a variety of markets such as the engineering market. They currently seek a sales manager. The role will see you taking control of the internal sales team reporting to the sales director. You will be looking after key accounts whilst training, motivating and maintaining a successful sales team. To be considered for this role you must come from an IT sales management background. You will have an extensive, proven track record in IT sales and will have the ability to manage and motivate others. You will have previously been in charge of a department, dealing with budgets and hitting targets. This brilliant role brings a basic salary of £35k along with an uncapped commission structure that should see you earn in excess of £60k in your first year.
