CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER required FOR A GROWING EXPANDING MARKET RESEARCH COMPANY IN St Albans. Require the right applicant to have previously worked either within market research or the retail sector with very strong data analytical skills. Must have supervisory experience and be able to lead a team. Supervising a small team of coordinators. Being responsible for the management of mystery shopping projects on behalf of specified clients. Able to use the resources of your team to achieve results against agreed quality, time and quota standards. Be the main key contact for clients and capable of providing valuable insights/reporting key findings. Ability to maintain the client relationship day to day. Working to and setting timelines for project delivery, achieve targets, and resolve any client queries. The right person will need to train and develop the team, and be able to monitor performance against performance related indicator. Ideally the successful candidate will come from a market research background or will have retail head office exposure with proven people management skills. You will be working in a busy and fast-paced environment with excellent benefits, including 25 days holiday, free lunches provided by the Company.
