Qualified Auditors - Manager Do you want to work in the UK's Silicon Valley? Our Client requires individuals with experience in Internal Audit to join their busy Thames Valley office. The office serves a wide industry mix, with clients ranging from fast growing new start-ups to larger public companies. The client is able to offer a competitive salary with bonuses and benefits, as well as a structured training programme, a fun and welcoming working environment as well as superb opportunities to develop within the team. Key responsibilities will include dealing with client management up to and including board level, along with dealing with Audit Committees. The role will involve developing new business in a professional services firm and you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with new and established clients. The successful applicant must have a good level of management skills which will allow successful project management of a number of teams and the coaching and development of these teams. You will be expected to deliver robust quality reports through working with a wide range of specialists, promoting continuous improvement and change. The successful applicant should be ACA or equivalent qualified with a proven track record of broad ranging audit experience including, planning, controlling and completing a diverse range or assignments. The ability to manage and develop other staff and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
