Training Program Manager

The Senior Training Manager will report directly to the Channel Operations Director and is responsible for delivering training to Dell's partners across EMEA both online and offline. This person will develop and drive the operational delivery of Dell's training, while working with the marketing and solutions teams to determine the content, style and frequency of the training. A key challenge of this role is determining how to deliver the training across multiple countries and potentially manage external agencies. The role will include finding and managing any agencies used to develop and deliver the training. This person will also be responsible for tracking and managing the various certifications of our partners. A core objective will be to differentiate Dell as a partner through best in class training and certification programs. Objectives/Responsibilities 1. Own the logistics and delivery all partner training 2. Manage the online real estate for training and ensure effective training online, including assessments and tracking of results and certifications 3. Develop and drive a cost-effective training delivery program that meets our business objectives 4. Identify, source and manage training delivery partners 5. Develop method for certification delivery and tracking for partners 6. Publish a comprehensive training curriculum to ensure partners clearly understand the training program, it's offering and requirements as per the partner program 7. Prioritize training delivery
