Construction Project Manager - Birmingham

Our client is a highly successful Contractor operating nationwide on a variety of schemes in the commercial, retail and leisure sectors. They are currently looking to expand their existing team with an experienced Project Manager in the Midlands As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for successfully delivering a new £10 million contract in Birmingham on time and on budget. In addition to project delivery you will be responsible for project execution in accordance with your client's procedures, including all internal reporting. You are expected to demonstrate team leadership and act as an ambassador for your new company. Business development is likely to be an integral part of your role. You will report to the Contracts Manager You will have a Construction based qualification as well as Exemplary interpersonal skills. You will have a Pro-active approach to your work, not to mention a complete understanding of the principles of project management for construction and an ability to delegate tasks to team members.
