Customer Service Advisor (Call Centre) 12k-14k PA + benefits, Full time Only. Do you have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS? Do you enjoy making customers happy and resolving issues? Are you a team player and have the ability to work to targets? I am recruiting for strong Customer Service Advisors to work for a leading insurance company based in Manchester City Centre. We are looking for anyone who has fantastic customer service skills/ability to work in a large, friendly, team orientated insurance call centre. You will: Take INBOUND calls only and provide insurance quotations ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times. Take payments/set up direct debits. Deal with queries and issues. Work to targets. Be part of a successful team. You DO NOT need Call Centre Experience any background that involves customer contact is perfect for this role: Such as being in situations of dealing with angry customers, going the extra mile for people, being team focused and ability to work to targets/deadlines. Ideally you will have a confident telephone manner, be comfortable with targets and be a very team focus individual. Excellent customer service skills are a definite must.
