Job Title: Internal Sales Manager Salary: Basic £32-35K OTE £60K Uncapped + Full Benefits Location: Surrey, UK The Company: A Blue Chip IT service provider based in Surrey , a world leader in hands-on training for Management and Technology Professionals. Specific responsibilities include : - Driving the Business - Lead from the front, in terms of sales ability, drive, determination and energy. - Drive Public Course Revenue through a robust enrolment strategy. - Maintain consistency of territory and targets across the sales population. - Pro-active performance management and target achievement. - Manage outbound sales rep commission plan. - Conduct regular, thorough analysis of Outbound Sales performance, using available data effectively. - Develop and deliver incentives that drive performance and behaviour. - Work with MD and Marketing Director to identify New Business opportunities. - Conduct Regular Territory Reviews to identify opportunities and areas for concern. - Create and implement key facility/account management strategies.
