HEAD CHEF. HOTEL/RESTAURANT. SALARY NEGOTIABLE. COVENT GARDEN A Head Chef is required for this elegant 4 Star Hotel situated in the heart of London's fashionable Covent Garden. We currently have an opportunity for a talented and organised Head Chef to join and lead this excellent brigade of 10/12 chefs. Serving exquisite Modern European cuisine using all fresh produce, you will be responsible for all aspects of production, controlling costs and monitoring stock as well as training and motivating the existing brigade. A committed and passionate Head Chef is needed to maintain and develop the high standards of the operation, working in a dynamic and professional team of 10/12 chefs. The successful candidate will have Passion, motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the hotels success. You will have the ability to operate on a 'hands-on' level, leading by example and demonstrating their skills. A similar background would be advantageous when dealing with large volume Banqueting/Conferences and Corporate Events. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, good man management skills, hard working and will have Excellent communication skills.
