An exciting opportunity has arisen for an International Compensation Manager to join an expanding global business, with the primary responsibility of ensuring the quality control and consistency of the compensation services provided to their customers. The role involves evolving the structure of the compensation delivery system for International Assignment Services worldwide, as well as developing and delivering training modules covering all aspects of compensation theory, administration, payroll and related topics. You will also take ownership for the implementation of new clients as it relates to international compensation products. It is essential that you are experienced in international compensation/expat assignment administration, as well as demonstrated team management experience.
