Our client based in the Swindon town centre is looking for an experienced Admin Secretary to join their team initially on a temporary basis. In this role your key duties will be -Assisting in the day-to-day running office -Maintaining electronic diaries, scheduling meetings within the Office and externally -Providing administrative support -Assisting with event organisation -Organising meetings, internally and externally, notifying visitors to reception; collecting visitors from reception -Dealing with invitations to meetings, faxes and making/taking telephone calls -Occasional typing, scanning of documents and printing of documents and preparing agendas -Checking e-mails, recording incoming and outgoing correspondence -Arrange travel and accommodation The purpose of you role will be to provide administrative support and assist the Directors PA. To be successful you will have: -Ability to become fully conversant with the working of the Directors office in order to deputised for the PA. -Good communication skills, both written and oral. -Good interpersonal skills and ability to use own initiative to resolve problems. -Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and Outlook with accurate typing skills. -Professional telephone manner. -Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload. -Ability to work under pressure, alone or as part of a team. -Able to maintain security and confidentiality of the work within the office.
