UK Sales Manager/Head of Sales/Sales Director - UK - £70k-90k OTE £100k-£130k, Excellent benefits to include - pension, executive car allowance, health-care etc - Full Relocation. Location North East/Scotland UK Sales Manager required for a market dominating company in the North of England/Scotland. UK Sales Manager will be used to dealing with revenue budgets in excess of £40 million - requires strong inspirational leadership of a total sales force of 300 (mostly telesales, but includes training and IT reporting) with 10 direct reports. Suitable Sales Directors MUST HAVE a demonstrable sales track record of motivating sales professionals, with the ability to inspire across an outbound contact centre operation. High energy levels within a fast paced inbound/outbound sales centre environment are a must for this key position - The appointed person will be accountable for in excess of £50 million sales revenue. Maintaining an operational sales focus, your communication skills will be second to none, and you will boast an excellent understanding of Sales and call centre models, and the processes and IT behind them. Your previous sales track record of delivery will absolutely first class, evidencing revenue growth whilst also enhancing profitability. All of which will be underpinned by your absolute belief in delivering world class customer service excellence.
