Our prestigious client is looking to recruit secretarial and administrative support for it's Estates Department who are responsible for managing occupational costs and legal liabilities arising from Property Interests. Candidates should have strong MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint, strong communication and diary management skills and previous secretarial/administration/PA experience (preferably in the property or retail sector). Duties will include: - Information storage and retrieval (electronic and paper) - Typing emails, reports and presentations - Recording absences using SAP - Arranging meeting and organising diaries - Dealing with telephone queries - Making travel arrangements - General office support (photocopying, mail, maintaining database) Don't miss out on these exciting opportunities - email a CV to: (see below).
