A superb opportunity to join a very successful established company. A HR Advisor with generalist HR experience is required to manage a busy demanding and diverse environment. The Head Office and primary processing plant is located in Brackley. It is a privately owned with 600 staff. This position would suit an enthusiastic, positive, assertive individual who can work well independently. They need to be prepared to learn new skills and adapt to meet the challenges and changes of a growing, dynamic environment. A flexible approach and can-do attitude is crucial. The ability to retain and practically apply legislation is essential. Requirement To ensure the effective day to day running of the Personnel Office, by setting up, monitoring and continually improving systems and procedures. To provide a comprehensive and professional service to all internal and external customers within procedural and economic constraints. Operating Environment The position requires contact with Management and Staff in all Departments, and on occasions across the Group. The workforce covers professional, managerial, technical, clerical, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled personnel.
