Marketing Manager - Northern Europe

A Marketing Manager for a global content management organisation is required to develop and manage all enterprise and channel marketing programmes in Northern Europe through the development and execution of appropriate campaigns to generate demand. Your objectives are to build business pipeline and increase awareness amongst target audiences including on-line marketing, E-commerce, E-business and IT professionals. This position requires someone with an enthusiastic personality, a positive attitude, and with experience of working with a demanding sales team and partner/alliances, as well as a solid understanding of relevant technology and software solution selling within a business environment. The Marketing Manager for these regions will work closely with the Northern EMEA Sales Director and the EMEA marketing Director to define the lead generation strategy and education and awareness programmes for the different countries. You will be working with local sales teams, develop a 90 day rolling plan in line with overall EMEA marketing plan. Ensure all activity is correctly budgeted for, authorised and that goals are set and results are tracked on all activity. You will manage the sales and marketing system to track leads and drive direct marketing programmes. Manage all internal and agency/external resources, leverage channel/alliance relations, run up sell and cross sell programmes, measure and track the effectiveness of campaigns and demonstrate good follow through in terms of
