SOLICITOR 1-3 YRS PQE - PROPERTY LITIGATION

This leading Top Legal 500 Law Firm serving businesses, organisations and individuals across the UK and abroad, with five offices in the South are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor 1-3 years PQE to join their busy Property Litigation Department. The successful candidate must be willing to specialise in this area and will ideally have experience in both Commercial and Residential Property Litigation. The role will include processing a large, complex caseload effectively and to meet clients expectations whilst providing the service they require. With a knowledge of legal precedents, practice, procedure and advocacy you will also need to have excellent IT skills whilst being able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision.
