Overall Role Purpose A leading IT consultancy and outsourcing organisation is looking to recruit a Commercial HR Manager to play a key function in assisting the EMEA Region with its outsourcing growth plans. It will be operating as part of a new business team, working closely with other sales and proposal team members to develop, cost and solution the HR. In addition, you will be expected to ensure that the HR issues posed by the potential outsourcing/acquisition of employees are clearly understood and are an integral part of the planning and execution process. This role requires managing the transfer of staff and with that the knowledge and practical implementation of the TUPE and Acquired Rights Directive and other legislative frameworks by which business transfers are governed. You will be responsible for undertaking the analysis of terms and conditions of employment, calculation of total employment costs and identification of commercial risks and liabilities.
