Sales Manager - Airports/Civil Aviation Arena
Permanent
Leaidng international electronics and systems group, serving defence, aerospace and security markets globally, now urgently needs to recruit Sales Manager to join its air traffic management division. Working at a strategic level across the business the role will involve targeting and winning new ATM business within the UK airport/civil aviation authorities arena. The role will also take responsibility for assessing market trends within this domain area, identifying suitable prospects to pursue, and building customer relationships - both existing and new. To be successful you should have proven experience in Sales & Marketing within ATM/avionics markets coupled with a good understanding of UK airports arena. You should be comfortable in leading bids involving multiple technical teams and in managing multiple customer relationships. The job holder will work largely on their own initiative guided by the overall business strategy framework so an innovative approach is essential. Attractive package including basic to £48K, car allowance, bonus, healthcare, pension.
