This is really is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality/catering manager to take on a challenging role in a rapidly evolving development situated in a beautiful Suffolk location. The job will demand someone who is keen to become involved with many different aspects of the organisation and can build a really great team around them. The development involves various venues with differing target markets so you will need to be very organised and flexible as you work between them. You will have control of all operational management, staffing and recruitment, take financial decisions and offer your own input on strategic issues. A branded background with a strong focus on standards and customer focus would be an advantage The location is stunning and the development is extraordinary. You will specifically required to: Be adaptable, organised and an exceptional communicator. Have good proven leadership and financial skills. By hands-on, not afraid of hard work and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Preferably have your own transport.
