Experienced Management Development Advisor required with large employer, based in Reading, paying up to £35k. This diverse and complex organisation is looking to bring on board a Management Development Advisor with a can-do attitude who is comfortable designing, developing and delivering training to staff at all levels, specifically within management development. Experience developing E-learning packages is also desired, as this is something that needs to be rolled out throughout the organisation. This post is very much about understanding the learning and development strategy and then delivering sound management development practices in accordance to this, so a good understanding of business acumen is important. This is definitely a challenging role and will suit someone who is keen to progress their career and enjoys working in a busy environment.
