Sales SupportContract
You will provide commercial, sales and technical support to the European Wholesales, Channel and Managed Services Sales team. Experienced gained ideally within the telecommunications sector. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to the Sales Team as part of the presale process. Process customer orders through the sales & order system and follow up closely with Order Project Manager to ensure timely delivery. Occasionally assist in project management of regional initiatives with other departments (new products; geographical expansion) Highlight up sell and cross sell opportunities to the sales team Provide administrative support to the Sales Team in the use of the different Sales and Operations systems and maintain good data accuracy. Assist in the preparation of bid responses and pricing of new opportunities. Circulate order documentation through all relevant departments in a timely manner and maintain good records in regional head office. Maintain regular and ad hoc revenue reports as required (Funnel, Revenue, budget, management reports, etc) Provide other operational support (eg gather ad-hoc restoration requirement during cable cut or major planned work, update customer contacts details, etc) Ideally you will be a University/College graduate with a Business qualification. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills - English and Mandarin. Other languages desirable. A track record of success in sales & bid support of network products to large
