My client is well established within the financial arena. They are looking for 5 account manager's for their new relationship centre. The primary focus of the role is to act as a front line customer interface with the focus on building and maintaining customer relations and generating leads for the field sales team You will generate leads from in bound calls and personally deal with service related issues for policy holders, third parties as well as prospects in order to ensure that their request is satisfied. Areas of responsibility: - Handle calls to the help desk, providing verbal responses to potential and existing customers concerning products and services provided. - Manage the call "one and done", completing the appropriate administration tasks, ensuring the customer is fully aware of what will happen next and has complete confidence in their fulfilment of their expectations. - Manage complaints effectively Essential skills and qualifications that are required for this position are as follows: - Well developed communication skills - High level of interpersonal skills - Team player - Ability to work on own initiative - Previous Financial experience If you believe this describes you, please apply in the first instance.
