IT Recruitment Resourcer. The primary role of a Recruitment Resourcer is to help the Consultants at the client to source the best candidates for our clients. Resourcing candidates for Consultants vacancies. Sourcing candidates from our database for client requirements. Advertising requirements on the Internet in order to attract strong candidates. Interviewing prospective candidates in order to match them to requirements. Emailing short-listed candidate CV's to client. Chasing feedback from client on CV's. Arranging interviews and sending interview details to candidates. Lead pulling from candidates. Lead pulling from other sources. Managing the database add/update candidates. Add/update Managers. Add job requirements/interviews/deals onto database. Update all email addresses/wrong email addresses. General database cleansing.
