IT Training Materials Developer/Deliverer
Contract
The chosen candidate would have responsibility for the design and development of a programme of bespoke training interventions to support the introduction of a new IT system and subsequent training delivery to the end user client population. The selected candidate would ideally have: A proven track record in developing bespoke training programmes and support materials for IT based systems. Excellent skills in using Microsoft applications eg. Word and Powerpoint in particular. Exceptional communication skills with particular experience in systems training delivery Working knowledge and experience of bespoke desktop based Case Management (CMS) applications preferred. The ability to work as part of team to tight deadlines Previous experience working within the public sector would be a distinct advantage. A clean driving license and be prepared to travel to other UK wide destinations as required to support a national rollout. Security clearance to level BC (Basic Check) or the willingness to undergo it to be cleared quickly.
