Regional HR Manager - Leading UK RetailerPermanent
Job Role - Regional HR Manager: This is a pivotal role within the region. The primary responsibilities are to deliver improved business performance through the development of management capability and to implement the regional people plan activities. You will need to demonstrate an outstanding track record of achievement, with strong generalist HR credentials. You will be a commercially minded leader who will be comfortable operating at a senior level within the business. Main Duties - Regional HR Manager: - Participate in the development of the Regional Business strategy and translate it into a practical people plan for the region. - Ensure that the regional people plan delivers improved business performance through increased management capability. - Accountable for the achievement of the region HR measures. - Manage the Regional Development Committee process to ensure that it delivers a regional succession and resource plan that delivers capable management to meet business demands. - Responsible for ensuring that the labour management processes are effectively operating across the region, analysing the labour spend and providing direction on labour measure achievement. - Provide ongoing advice to the Regional Operations Manager in all aspects of HR, ensuring that the solutions provided are both appropriate and cost effective. - Coach the Regional Operations Manager in delivering effective performance management to the Store Managers, ensuring ROM development solutions are
