Field Training & Development Advisor

Excellent opportunity to work for an established market leader as a Field based Learning & Development Advisor. The purpose of the role is to write and deliver training programmes to management level. The role is predominantly based from home however successful candidates will be expected to deliver training across the Surrey and Kent areas. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who have experience delivering training in a retail capacity across various locations. Responsibilities of the role will include: Manage and undertake the development of training courses Liaise with colleagues to ensure all Materials contain current practices Maintain close contact with Field Trainers Understand competency gaps and ensure courses are offered to address training requirements. Undertake the delivery of soft skills training Support the evaluation of training Successful candidates must have previous experience of writing and delivering training programmes along with a creative nature and good networking skills.
