IT Support Assistant Apple Mac OS X, Macintosh, Adobe, Creative suite, CS Salary: £22k-£27k plus superb benefits Location: Central London Brief: Award winning design consultancy requires an MAC based IT assistant to help the current IT manager in providing consistent high-level support to all Designer and make the experience as stress free as possible. This role is key to the general running of the team so it is important to find the right candidate who is enthusiastic and personable. Position: A varied and key role providing support to all members of the team. Brilliant opportunity for an analyst who already has a little experience to build on their skill set in a friendly and progressive environment. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: Day to Day troubleshooting on Apple Mac OS X Maintaining and updating the computer database. Keeping accurate logs of all hardware, software and users etc Providing the IT manager with regular updates on all issues Assisting with monthly meetings Helping to maintain all equipment such as Servers, clients and printers etc Ensuring all Servers are backed up Monitoring storage space and achieving Installing software and upgrades Preparing and setting up workspaces for new staff Disposal procedure - wiping computers and logging Setting up public folders Setting up meeting rooms People: Minimum Requirements: You must have at least one year experience in a mainly Apple Mac environment Personality very important for this role must be
