Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

As a Commercial Relationship Manager your will have prime responsibility for managing your own portfolio and producing sustainable income by providing outstanding relationship management and advice to a varied and challenging mix of commercial banking customers. You will also be responsible for growing your existing portfolio by cross-selling and increasing remuneration and protecting existing income from your portfolio by ensuring customer needs continue to be met. Responsibilities: Establish and indentify sales opportunities to meet customer needs and own targets through active portfolio management and development by maintaining existing income sources, identifying areas of growth and through new business acquisition. Responsibility for maintaining an extensive network of contacts, including Group Companies and Key Business Introducers, driving proactive business development for new and existing customers. Research, create and follow up a target list for potential new business. Develop dynamic working relationship with customers, offering outstanding financial service and advice to those customers to assist them in achieving their personal and business strategic goals and growth aspirations.
