Our client a leading validation and compliance consultancy require a documentation specialist to join their team. Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical or similar industry and must possess very strong administration skills. Roles/Responsibility Manage the preparation of documents in the Document Control Centre ensuring that required standards of presentation and formatting are consistently achieved. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word is required for this work. Manage the issue of documents from the Document Control Centre ensuring that only current revisions of documents are available for use. Manage all databases within the Document Control Centre, ensuring that databases are accurate and maintained up to date. Good knowledge of Microsoft Access is required for this work. Ensure that all document training is carried out as required. This will involve good organisational abilities and regular follow-up with personnel and the Training Administrator. Prepare and circulate regular reports from the Quality Department, according to agreed schedules. Provide secretarial support services as assigned by the Quality Assurance Executive ensuring confidentiality. Maintain filing systems as assigned by the Quality Assurance Executive. Taking, issuing and circulating meeting minutes. Producing monthly status reports on document control systems as required. Maintaining document control systems, logging movement of documents through workflow database.
