We are currently looking for a talented OLE Site Supervisor to join a large rail client based in London. This role well require the candidate to travel and will be site and office based. The Role: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for Team Leaders and Linesman when on site. Key responsibilities: Supervise the Team Leaders and Linemen on Overhead Line construction works and other activities as required Assist the Project Engineer as required in the provision of the Work Package Plan (WPP) which includes the methodology, drawings and technical information for all Overhead Line construction works and other activities as required Ensure that safe systems of work are produced for all works making sure that they are in line with Engineering and company standards. Attend as required any Possession/Isolation Planning or pre-site work meetings to ensure that the proposed plan is booked and workable The Candidate: Essential Requirements: The successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements: Essential Requirements: Demonstrate OLE construction skills to Senior Lineman level Personal Track Safety (PTS) NVQ 3 Operational Management 5 10 years of OLE construction on a variety of different projects. Team Leader for 3 years minimum A high level of understanding of Railway Group Standards interfaces and practices.
