Provide efficient and effective support for the on-line merchandising team to ensure that the Retailers Website maximises product sales by managing high availability and stock levels. You will be required to build relationships and work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to understand key department trends and key product opportunities. Duties include: Monitoring and maintaining sales/stock levels, making recommendations to the Assistant Merchandiser Complete essential daily reporting to monitor sales, availability and stock, best/worst selling lines Support the Assistant Merchandiser in meetings with the buying and merchandising teams, providing feedback on areas relating to sales, stock and department strategy Skills required/desired for the role: Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience using Pivot Tables and key formula's Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills The ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced environment Ability to work under own initiative with good problem solving skills Drive and commitment to progress energetic and enthusiastic Applicants need to have an Honours related Degree, previous Head Office experience (placement or work experience suitable) and the right to work in the UK.
