Travel Consultant An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Travel Consultant to join a independent tour operator who provide luxury holidays to exotic destinations around the world. As an experienced consultant you will be looking to broaden your Travel knowledge, wishing to gain an appreciation and fuller understanding of how a travel operator works. Your role will see you taking enquires and converting them to booking for Luxury holidays to exotic worldwide destinations by phone and email. Full product training will be provided. As being a key member for a small-medium sized company you will also be working in other 'areas', that will see you gain experience in product, operations and administration. You will be responsible for uploading any product changes on the company's in-house system, ensuring that clients holidays are booked correctly through suppliers and that their details are loaded on the system correctly, compiling, creating and checking document packages are all in order for customers before sending out documents in the post. This is a hugely varied and challenging role, that the successful candidate will find immensely rewarding. You will need to be bright and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills. With a dynamic personality you will be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
