Organisational Development Business Partner

Strategi Search and Selection are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation that employs around 2,000 staff across the UK, their mission is to improve peoples lives and as such they are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to lead on Organisational Development in order to achieve the business goal of being an employer of choice. This role is paying c£45,000 and is located in Buckinghamshire. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business through partnership working whilst concentrating on the design and implementation of appropriate Organisational Development strategies and programmes. Some of your day-to-day duties will include leading and managing change programmes and delivering OD programmes that meet the business goals, planning and talent management, establishing an effective performance culture and identifying, sourcing and commissioning training provisions at all levels. This is an extremely important and valued role to the business and as such we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude. Ideally you will also be CIPD or degree level qualified.
