Electronics/RF Service Engineer Electronics Communication Service Engineer with digital/analogue electronic exp. Our client is looking for a customer support professional with experience in component level fault finding on RF, microprocessors, digital and analog electronics as well as experience of RF/satellite comms ideally gained within the SNG (satellite news gathering) broadcast industry. You will have an enthusiastic and pro-active approach to all levels of customer support, this could involve real international travel. You will report directly to the Customer Support Supervisor. The role: working on RF satellite communication and SNG equipment with minimal supervision to ensure full repairs are made meeting/exceeding customer s needs and expectations of customer satisfaction. Liaising and visiting international customers working with design engineers to resolve user and equipment difficulties. Promoting client s products and services including: installation, training and repair services at customer s sites. Experience: + 3 years in RF, analogue and digital electronic component faultfinding or circuitry board repair. You will ideally has some satellite communication equipment experience Good knowledge of RF plus some experience with SNG/ENG a bonus. Strong component level, analogue and digital electronics experience. The ability to manage and conclude customer service situations. Physically fit and well presented. Location: South Buckinghamshire Good package. Salary
