Bilingual Business Analyst - Global Bank

A Global Investment Bank seeks a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst who is looking to further advance their career in the international financial sector. The Structured Finance team is involved in a variety of cross-border transactions, therefore interaction with multiple offices in Europe and globally is also a part of this role, offering an excellent career opportunity in a growing international financial group. As a Business Analyst you will be supporting this expanding financial products team with tasks including: Structuring and tailoring of investment products to the needs of investors in Austria and other European countries, preparation of offer documents (prospectuses, flyers, etc) in both German and English, Coordination of legal and tax advisers in Austria and other jurisdictions as appropriate, support of existing partners (private & retail banks, independent advisers), deal management and other duties. You will be educated in business or law, have similar previous experience in a professional organisation (internship or post-graduate), have solid understanding of legal and tax affairs, strong numeric and analytical skills, have previous international exposure (through study or work), well developed communication and presentation skills and drive to succeed. Native German and full fluency in English is also necessary for this role.
