Payroll & HR Operations Manager (Ireland)

An experienced Manager is required to take overall responsibility for all payroll and HR related activities across Ireland for a thriving & prestigious international business. You will be responsible for ensuring that all statutory requirements are met, and that an accurate and efficient monthly payroll is run for all employees. The company has recently gone through a significant period of change, and as such the successful applicant will be required to streamline systems and processes, and to drive forward change. It is important that you can demonstrate significant experience of troubleshooting in a payroll environment, as well as having worked on key projects. The role will initially be on a long-term contract basis, but with a strong possibility of becoming permanent.
