Martin McColl the UK's largest independent retailer has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years and have further ambitious growth plans through acquisitions and development of existing branches. As a supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the day to day running of the branch. Your responsibilities will include, opening and closing the branch, customer service, cash handling, stock control and merchandising. You will also be responsible for the branch in the Managers absence. The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach to work and have good communication skills. Full training will be given. As this position involves some early mornings and weekend work candidates must have access to transport or live locally.
