LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR PERFECT TEAM SUPERVISOR POSITION - we have an exciting opportunity available for an existing supervisor/manager to join a successful local company. The ideal candidate will be from a Financial Services background. Salary £27k to £35k. Job Role: Responsible for supervising a team of 6 - 8 administrators, who in turn manage their own portfolio of schemes. Responsibilities: Train and coach members of staff to achieve business objectives. Ensure service standards are met. MIS completed and submitted to line manager on a weekly basis. Monitor the work carried out by team members completing the minimum of a 5% quality review per team member. Contribute to identifying initiatives and processes to improve the efficiency of the service provision. Identify opportunities to improve team performance. Manage complaints in line with the Company's complaint procedure. Comply with the principles and rules of the Financial Services Authority.
