IT Support Engineer IT Support Analyst (Windows XP, Active Directory, Exchange) Crawley, West-Sussex. My client, a recognised industry leader, are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer/IT Support Analyst (Windows XP, Active Directory, Exchange) to join their team. To suitable for this role it is essential you have proven commercial experience supporting Windows XP Professional and be proficient in the use and configuration of users and groups in an Active Directory/Exchange domain. You will have a clear understanding of PC and network security and any MCP or similar qualifications would be highly beneficial but by no means essential. Working in a small team you will be involved in both telephone and deskside support offering the opportunity to really enhance your skills within a support environment. Located in Crawley, my client is easily commutable from the M23, A23, A24 and M25, as well as having good rail links from London, Victoria. For the right candidate my client is offering a salary of £20,000 + benefits.
