Obtaining Purchase order numbers from customers within tight timescales to allow the invoicing of rechargeable maintenance costs. Reviewing, managing and generating appropriate recharge invoices with the correct work description to customers, and ensuring all rechargeable events are covered. Working closely with contract Manager and other internal departments to ensure that queries are resolved quickly and invoicing delays are kept to a minimum. Ensuring that general registers and the system are kept up to date and accurate. Supporting the recharge team with administration duties and ensuring records for your customers are kept up to date. Inform the customer of work and liaise with the customer regarding any queried work. Reporting when appropriate to Line Management.
