IT Support - Application Support - Helpdesk - 2nd line Software Support - Coventry/Warwickshire/to 24k + SQL/Unix. This chance is not to be missed This role is urgent and available now Interview slots are set up for next week! Immediately available is a brand new and exciting opportunity to work for a first class technical company in the Warwickshire area. Using your first class communication skill and you experience in a software/application support role, you will be part of a dynamic team providing support to second line on a selection of applications on which training will be given. As well as strong, relevant experience in an application/software support environment, you will ideally have a knowledge of SQL. Any Unix experience would also be a bonus although not essential. Any experience of ITIL of working to SLA's would again be a bonus but not as important as your excellent communication skills in English as your first language.
