HR Officer £25k-£28k dependent on experience and qualifications A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Human Resources Officer as the first point of call for all employee relations issues. Reporting to the Assistant Director this is a very hands-on role, working independently you will be responsible for all HR aspects from recruitment, training to initiating employee benefits and policies. The Company Approximately 70 Full time and part time staff Growing online gaming business based in West London Young and lively working environment Responsibilities Staff planning, recruitment and selection Grievance and disciplinary procedures Personnel management Maintenance of all HR administrations, including training and employee benefits records Payroll preparations Reviewing and updating internal polices and procedures Assist with staff performance reviews Keep Manager informed of key changes in employment law Ensure company adheres to legal requirements such as Health and Safety and Data Protection Law Facilitate HR initiatives This description is provided as an outline of the overall role and is not meant to be exhaustive.
