My client is looking for a restaurant supervisor who can operate through their own initiative, manage staff and customer service situations and always provide a top quality guest experience. The salary will be £14k - £15k depending upon experience and there will be good tips, straight shifts and massively reduced membership for the hotel's superb fitness and leisure facility. You should have experience and also have a great deal of enthusiasm and passion for the restaurant business. You should be confident with solid product knowledge and communicate well.
