Our client is a specialist express parcel carrier noted for their quality of service. They have a portfolio of blue chip clientele and continue to expand through strategic growth and development. Operating within their specialist Logistics Division, they now have an exciting opening for an experienced, commercially aware sales and warehouse professional to undertake a development role. The role is a split between operational management and business development for the warehouse in line with customer growth whilst ensuring freight through the hub is optimised. The role would best suit a candidate currently based within the West Midlands, and who can demonstrate an operational and account/sales background. The successful candidate must have previous experience within a next day parcel/logistics environment, with excellent customer/account awareness, and a strong ethos for customer service. Please note this position is predominately sales based. Candidates with a proven history is winning new business should only apply.
