Telesales Manager £40k basic, package to £55k - London and South East, private medical insurance, childcare vouchers, free lunch once a week plus other exciting incentives. The Role: Recruiting training and motivating a team of between 10-12 internal account managers. Your role will involve you mainly monitoring results closely, producing development plans, coaching and producing product focused activity in line with team targets set. You will build and maintain strong working relationships between your self and your team. Providing other medium to large blue chip companies with Real Time data. Key Skills and Experience: Managed an internal sales team, where you are used to working to KPI's. Have or are currently used to recruiting, training and developing a telesales or telemarketing team. Possess flair, Initiative and creativity with the ability to demonstrate when and why you have used these skills in the past. You must be articulate, with a proven track record in sales possibly in IT, Telecoms or Recruitment.
