Merchandiser - Fashion: Retail Sector Very Competitive Salary plus Car, Pension, Bonus and Healthcare Based in West UK One of the UK's leading providers of high street fashion is currently looking for a Merchandiser within Fashion Clothing to match or exceed agreed business KPI's as well as manage and develop more junior team members and collaborate effectively with buying, allocation, warehouse, imports, QA and marketing colleagues. Working for a dynamic and exciting company you will be providing accurate sales forecasts to identify stock requirements, manage promotional and clearance markdown activity within budgeted levels, work alongside allocation to ensure optimum stock levels in store and also review and monitor range plans regularly with buyers to reflect changing sales and trends. You will demonstrate a flair for generating and recognising innovative ideas and solutions, which have commercial gain. You will be of degree calibre with previous merchandising experience and will have a good understanding of range planning, possess strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
